Ezekial Elliot’s TD Profitable Celebration
Sunday night’s football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was pretty intense!
However, people aren’t talking about the game as much as what running back Ezekiel Elliott did after his touchdown.
The big red Salvation Army pot in the end zone looked inviting, so what did he do? Jump in!
On a good note, Elliott won’t be fined by the NFL for it.
The Salvation Army capitalized off of the stunt by immediately tweeting, “Zeke made an important contribution for @dallascowboys tonight. Can you contribute to the millions in need?”
Shortly after, donations in increments of $21 dollars began to pour in (Elliot’s jersey number) resulting in a 61% increase!
We smell an endorsement deal brewing.
Well played, Salvation Army.
