Auctioneer “Catchin’ Feelings”

Auctioneer “Catchin’ Feelings”
After Estate Threats!

After someone’s passing, unfortunately, there are folks out there always looking to make a quick buck and cash in.

Last week, it was announced that the late Tupac’s “Catchin’ Feelings” handwritten lyric sheet would be sold in an auction on September 13th by the memorabilia company Moments in Time for a retail price of $38,500.

“Catchin’ Feelings” is from Pac’s Better Dayz album.

Moment In Time’s owner, Gary Zimet, said that he was given the lyrics from an ex-employee from the studio where Pac recorded the song. However, 2Pac’s estate isn’t havin’ it!

According to TMZ, the lyrics belong to his estate and if the auctioneer sells those lyrics, then they better prepare for a lawsuit. Also, the estate vows to “aggressively pursue” folks that have ill intensions by exploiting Pac.

The owner is fighting back saying that the estate doesn’t own the lyrics and plans to sell the lyrics anyway.

September 13th marks the 20th anniversary of 2Pac’s death. What a way to remember him.
