Judge Hatchett To Represent

Castile’s Family!

While in the pursuit of justice for Philando Castle, who was fatally shot by police in Minnesota on July 6, his family (especially his mother Valerie Castile) has been on an emotional rollercoaster. They are in a relentless pursuit to hold the officer who murdered their son accountable – Jeronimo Yanez. Recently, they have hired representation and it’s none other than former Judge Glenda Hatchett! You may remember her from her own syndicated show Judge Hatchett that aired for 8 years. “We will aggressively purse justice on his behalf,” she told reporters at a press conference in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 12th.

In 2014, Judge Hatchett started her own firm specializing in multiple cases including wrongful death. “I am now stepping beyond the bench, the other side of the bench,” she stressed during the conference. She is on a mission to get justice for this family!

The funeral for Philando Castile is set to be held near the state Capitol and the Cathedral of St. Paul later this week.
