Getting Great ​Skin

What goes into getting great skin? Is it diet, exercise, makeup, or showering? Honestly it can be a little of all or none. The only way to have great skin is to take care of it and that is up to everyone. In order to keep my skin healthy, I make sure to drink lots of water and maintain a healthy diet.

When I’m not drinking water, I’m always cleaning. Cleaning my face after a workout, taking all of my makeup off, and cleaning it of oil.

Here are some tips on how to get great skin.

Clean: Make sure that you clean your face in the morning and before bed. Its exposed to a lot of elements during the day, so opt for a sensitive skin cleanser that makes you feel clean and refreshed.

Use a mask: This isn’t a daily ritual, but it doesn’t hurt every once in a while. Put on a mask and sit down and read a magazine. It’s that simple and most will shrink your pores and leave your face feeling fresh.
